And while all those “things” are worthy, valuable and necessary to your happiness, they are NOT the root of your happiness. They are not the “one thing.”

The one thing that is the root of your happiness is knowing who you REALLY are.

And I can hear you saying, “But Raquel and Shivany, I know who I am.”

Do you? Really? Because if you did, you wouldn't need to read this letter.

You'd be getting all the things you want and feeling soul satisfied.

Do you REALLY know who you are, deep in your soul, at a DNA level? At the Akashic level?

Nature designed you in a specific way, at Soul level. Nature gave you a blueprint that lives in the Akashic and also your Human Design. When you know how to LIVE your design and HOW to embody your purpose, you can push the “go button” and experience your life unfolding in ways you never knew possible.

It's one thing to know why you are here, it's another to know the blueprint and map that will let you fulfill who you really are. When you are living how you are designed, your ideal work comes naturally, and each step of your journey is financed.

Over the past seven years, the overall increase of 8.3 million (net) new jobs is comprised of a 9.2 million increase in employment in large, publicly traded corporations, combined with a 893,000 decline in employment among smaller, privately held companies.

2.9 million firms are majority-owned by women of color in the U.S.

These firms employ 1.4 million people and generate $226 billion in revenues annually.

One in five firms with revenue of $1 million or more is woman-owned

Beyond statistics, many women work hard for the money, but gain little satisfaction from their efforts.

There is a desire to be paid for one's Life Purpose, for one's gift, but the fear of:

*ridicule

*persecution

*being labeled a “woo-woo weirdo”

*poverty

*relationship strain

and many other fears keeps women from saying, “I'm an intuitive, I'm a spiritual teacher, I'm an artist, I'm an entrepreneur…” and getting PAID through a solid and satisfying BUSINESS that they own.
