Naina’s Bio

Naina Rama has practiced law for nearly 20 years, where her primary role was to manage the legal risk globally across various businesses in an investment bank.  Struggling with burnout in 2011, she quit her job and found her true life purpose. Currently, Naina works with spiritually minded professionals who are dissatisfied and frustrated with their working life and feel they are not living up to their highest and true potential. She helps them create a working life that they enjoy passionately all whilst making good money and a real difference in the world. She mentors professionals to find clarity of life direction, life purpose and find their life’s meaning and then helps them to monetise their unique gifts and talents.

    Before working with Naina, I felt completely stuck, paralyzed, scared, angry, depressed and uncertain about my life purpose, direction and my future. I felt disconnected and had no idea where to turn for the guidance I needed.

    Over the past three years I’ve worked with at least five different business coaches; when I’d finished with one coach, I not only felt more confused about my business, I also felt misunderstood to my core and I’d think to myself “What the hell’s wrong with me?!!,” or “OK, I tried that and that wasn’t the direction I was meant to go in, so what the F do I do now?!!” — until I finally gave up.

    From the very start, I had Naina’s full attention — her warm, calming, down-to-earth style, and sense of humor came shining through. At first I wasn’t fully onboard since I’d tried so many other avenues without success, until her words penetrated the fog of confusion I was in — she could see what was going on and why things weren’t working out for me!
